As a business, health and safety is extremely important to what we do. Not only do we want to keep our installers and office staff safe, we want to keep all those affected by our actions safe and secure too. Therefore we take our policies very seriously and are members of CHAS, the Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme and the B&ES, the Building & Engineering Services Association.
As part of our endeavor to keep health and safety high on our business agenda we employ ACT (National) Ltd to provide our safety, health & environmental management service, our Company Health and Safety Policy Manual and our Risk Assessment Manual. They provide competent advice and ensure we remain compliant and fulfil all our legal obligations.
We also hold weekly meetings for all our team. Although these meetings cover all aspects of the business, team members are encouraged to use this opportunity to discuss any areas of concern regarding health and safety, welfare facilities on site etc. Any changes to policy and organisational responsibilities are discussed and added to the minutes at these meetings
